Greetings again!
A little secret from my wife for cooking edamame:
Instead of boiling hem and add salt to them later, put them in frypan with some salt and NOTHING ELSE. Cover the frypan, cook over medium fire. With a little practice, you will know when they are ready. I garantee you will find a difference!
