Las Vegas Jean Phillipe Patisserie’s Chocolate Fountain at Bellagio

The world’s largest Chocolate Fountain is at the Bellagio’s Jean Phillipe Patisserie. Who can pass up all that chocolate cascading from one level to another from floor to ceiling. The only downside of looking at this tasty yet magnificent kinetic sculpture is that its enclosed in glass! The award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Philippe Maury and a team of designers and artists created this spectacular marvel that moves 2 tons of melted dark, white and milk chocolate (excuse my droolng) , pumped at 120 quarters per minute, all for our delight.

After staring at the fountain, a cleaning crew came to clean my drool off the glass and floor then gave me a funny look. More after the jump!

There was just simply so much chocolate and delicious looking treats that we had to try a few. Be sure to walk through the front of the Bellagio and walk through its magnificent entry way and atrium/garden! And don’t forget about the fountain show at night outside the casino.
