The MGM Mirage Las Vegas
The Carnegie Delicatessen at the MGM Mirage is perhaps one of the few restaurants that opens all day and night. There are times where I struggle to find a restaurant, that’s not fast food, after 11:00pm. Unfortunately the Mirage is quite far from the MGM Grand where I stayed, but it is nice to know what there are restaurants open all night. If you’re around the area and you’re done watching a late night show, definitely stop by at this restaurant for an inexpensive late night snack.
Carnegie Deli hails from New York City and it is amazing that I have yet visited there. Since I was in Vegas and brand name chain restaurants seems to be all within walking distance, Finechinaguy and I took the opportunity to stop by here after visiting the Siegfried and Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Also, the Deli is famous for their roast beef, which I’m not particularly a fan of, but Finechinaguy is so all the more reason to stop by!

Giant Burrito & Coaster Ride @ Nascar Cafe (Sahara Hotel Casino, Las Vegas)
A 2 feet 6 lb. Burrito nicknamed “The Bomb” (we all know why) has been created at the Nascar Cafe in the Sahara Hotel & Casino, Vegas. If you complete the challenge, you’ll win Free Unlimited Rides on the Sahara’s Speed Rollercoaster! (Be prepared for disasterous outcomes.) There is a downside to losing the challenge too, you’ll have to take with a tiny Pink Tshirt that says “Weenie”.
I love burrito’s and seeing this astounds me. If this was available when I went to Vegas, I would have been all over it but results of eating this monstrosity probably would not be pretty. I would love to see this burrito in person. Read more here.

Las Vegas Jean Phillipe Patisserie’s Chocolate Fountain at Bellagio
The world’s largest Chocolate Fountain is at the Bellagio’s Jean Phillipe Patisserie. Who can pass up all that chocolate cascading from one level to another from floor to ceiling. The only downside of looking at this tasty yet magnificent kinetic sculpture is that its enclosed in glass! The award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Philippe Maury and a team of designers and artists created this spectacular marvel that moves 2 tons of melted dark, white and milk chocolate (excuse my droolng) , pumped at 120 quarters per minute, all for our delight.

After staring at the fountain, a cleaning crew came to clean my drool off the glass and floor then gave me a funny look. More after the jump!
Las Vegas Wynn Buffet
The Wynn was a very impressive hotel. Gorgeous from the outside and even better from the inside. Of course we had to try the buffet there! It just so happened we were at the shopping center across from the Hotel so we hopped in at the Wynn for lunch.

The buffet is a fairly short walk inside the casino. Don’t let the glittery lights and sounds of slot machines distract your stomach.

Las Vegas Caesar’s Palace – Hyakumi Japanese Restaurant Sushi Bar & Noodles
After walking around all day towards Caesar’s Palace, which simply amazed us, we were hungry of course. But we had to eat light! How else would we last for more buffets? We didn’t even eat breakfast just to save our appetite.

Caesar's Palace Main Entrance
Just had to show this picture that came out great of the fountain inside the main entrance. Restaurant and more importantly, food after the jump!
